How do I report a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, even with all caution, transport damage can occur. No drama, we will gladly help you to solve your case as soon as possible. For this we need meaningful pictures from the damage. Please send the pictures to [email protected] including invoice number so that we can help you.

When will my package arrive?
You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Usually, it takes up to three working days for your new product to arrive. Check your inbox and don’t forget to check your spam folder.

Which parcel services are used for shipping?
We dispatch all products ordered on our website via DHL and dpd.

Where can I buy LEWITT products?
You can place your order directly on our website (currently EU countries only). You can also find a list of our official LEWITT dealers here.

How long is the warranty for LEWITT products?
Your LEWITT product comes with a two-year warranty. While under warranty period, defective products may be returned to the original point of sales, together with the receipt, for warranty claim purposes.
Please provide your dealer with the barcode number listed on the warranty card of the product and a description of fault. To avoid any damages in transit, use the original package if available.
